Kilpatrick Townsend was recognized as the Top-Listed Firm in the nation for the total number of attorneys listed for Trademark Law by Best Lawyers® in its 2024 edition. This is the 11th consecutive year the firm has earned this prestigious recognition. In total, the firm has 23 attorneys recognized for Trademark Law and 40 attorneys recognized for Litigation – Intellectual Property. Four of the firm’s intellectual property attorneys (Charles Calkins, Ted Davis, Steve Gardner, and Charlie Henn) each “Lawyer of the Year” honors for their practice specialty in their geographic region.
